Child Safety in the Face of an Aggressor

What is child safety to you, if you are a parent confronted with an intruder or a physical aggressor? Self-defense Secrets for Moms is a book that discusses this frightening prospect.

The book presents general risks that people face, which allows parents and women the ability to understand risks in order to form a self defence plan of action at the appropriate time. It looks at the location of such crime and the different self defence strategies that are needed at various locations.

I have conducted women self defence training for participants and have helped law enforcement officials design their own courses over a 15 year period. The information contained in the Self Defense Secrets for Moms book has helped hone my own course syllabus, and I highly recommend it to parents.

What the book also presents is the fallacy that any one method or bag of tricks taught at parent or women self defence seminars is only as good as the choices you make. Using just one tool when you're faced with an aggressor who has his own hidden agenda is to your detriment.
